Return and Refund Policy – Daddy C’s Jerk Sauce

We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from Daddy C’s Jerk Sauce. This policy explains how returns and refunds work and when they may apply.

Return Window

We offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging with at least half of the contents remaining. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these health and safety conditions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@dcjerk.ca. Include your name, order number, a photo of the product and a brief explanation of the issue. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide next steps. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and provide a replacement or refund when needed.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened or unused and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for opened food items with less than half their contents, items not in original packaging, items returned without approval or gift cards.
